Contacting the IT Help Desk

With the beginning of the spring semester quickly approaching, the IT Help Desk is experiencing a high volume of incoming requests for assistance. In an effort to best serve our customers, we ask that should you be directed to voicemail, please leave a message with a detailed description of your need. Voicemail messages are checked as soon as possible. Also, you may submit your own ticket within the KBOX software (https://help.llcc.edu) and select the LLCC Help Desk queue, or send a detailed email to us at helpme@llcc.edu. We will contact you as soon as we are available. If you are reporting an urgent technological need, please indicate this when you contact us, regardless of method.

Thank you,

LEAGUE grant application deadline approaching

Applications for LEAGUE grants are due in the LLCC Foundation on Thursday, Jan. 31 at 5 p.m.  Access grant guidelines and the application and budget worksheet. They may also be obtained on the Foundation website. Approximately $10,000 will be awarded at the LEAGUE kickoff luncheon on Tuesday, March 26.

Faculty and staff make these grants possible through their generous giving to the annual faculty and staff campaign each spring.  Thanks to your donations, a grant was provided to respiratory care in LLCC Health Professions for the purchase of a child size manikin. The manikin allows students to practice with the correct size equipment used on a 5-year-old patient.
