Veterans Day Ceremony 2014

The Student Life Office would like to thank all who attended and also those who participated in Tuesday’s Veterans Day Ceremony including LLCC Trustee and State Representative Wayne Rosenthal, LLCC staff member Doris Williams, LLCC student veteran Chelsea Vance, LLCC student Ally Dodd and the American Legion Post 759 Color Guard.  Also, thanks to the LLCC baseball team, athletic director/baseball coach Ron Riggle, Ashti Dawson-student veteran, and Tracy Johnson-LLCC Student Life student worker for their help placing the American flags around campus to honor our LLCC veterans. Congratulations to Dee Tarter and family

Dee Tarter, LLCC-Litchfield administrative assistant, and husband Ben Sydney Elaine w-Hannahwelcomed a new addition to their family. Sydney Elaine was born at 3:21 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11. She weighed 6 lbs., 11oz.  Big sister Hannah is happy with the new arrival. Congratulations, Dee!

TODAY: 19th annual Veterans Day Ceremony

TODAY:  19th annual Veterans Day Ceremony – reception at noon followed by the 12:30 p.m. ceremony in the A. Lincoln Commons. LLCC is honoring faculty, staff and students who are currently serving or have served our country.  The public is invited to attend. This event is sponsored by the Student Life Office.

Student Life hosting blood drive Nov. 17

The Student Life Office is hosting a blood drive on Monday, Nov. 17 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Student Union, Menard Hall. You can donate on behalf of your favorite club and help them secure $75 in additional club funding! Walk-ins are welcome. Contact the Student Life Office if you have any questions.
