Reminder regarding email signatures

As a reminder, email signatures have been created to provide a professional and branded look for LLCC employee emails. It is recommended that these replace former campaign-related email signatures or email signatures designed by individuals or departments.

Access the LLCC email signatures, which you can customize with your own information: name, preferred pronouns (if desired), title, office, address, office phone number and logo.

Copy and paste this into the “Signature” box in Outlook and customize with your own information. When copying and pasting from the browser version of Word, the image size can vary. Right-click on the image after pasting > Picture > Size tab and make sure the height is set at 0.49″.

Note: These instructions work if you are using Outlook on your desktop. If you need further assistance, please email llcc.news@llcc.edu.

Our campus is buzzing with activity!

Summer on the LLCC campus is full of fun activities. Be sure to check out the LLCC Facebook page to see what’s happening. Last week Girls on the Run raced down the sidewalks, LLCC Ag hosted the Boys & Girls Club of Central Illinois for Career Launch and students from Lake Shore Learning Center spent the morning buzzing about activities at our West Lake Nature Grove apiary.

  1. If a colleague has done something special and deserves a note of thanks, stop by the PRM office (Menard Hall) for an LLCC thank you card.
  2. If you’d like to recognize a larger group or department, submit the information for a LincIn post. Include a photo, if you are able.
  3. If someone has gone above and beyond their job responsibilities, you can nominate them at any time to be included in the next KUDOS (Key or Unique Demonstrations of Outstanding Service) award announcement.

Reminder about media requests

As a reminder, contact with the media regarding LLCC classes, programs and services must go through LLCC Public Relations and Marketing per Board of Trustees policy. If you would like to publicize an event or are contacted by the media regarding LLCC, please route that request to PRM, specifically Kyla Kruse (217-786-4918) or Angela Try (217-786-2288) per board policy 12.2. Thanks!
