Sheridan Lane and students Megan Good and Cedric Abbey were interviewed on Tuesday by Springfield Mayor Misty Buscher’s team for a piece on Bistro Verde that will air on Springfield’s Access Channel.

Kyla Kruse, chief communications officer, was interviewed on Tuesday by WTIM radio about what’s happening at LLCC: State of Illinois Career Fair, Ron Riggle Day, the Student Art Show, upcoming choir and band performances and registration for summer and fall.

This week’s specials from Chef Gracie Brink and Chef Cedric Abbey include cesar salad, braised brisket with oven roasted carrots and sweet cornbread and milk chocolate ice cream with hazelnut topping.

There are 12 seats remaining in the Spring 2024 Food Pro Three Pre Fixe Mocktail Dinner happening Tuesday. Dinners are $35 per person. Reservations are highly recommended.

Full service dining dates have changed slightly.
