  • Course 1: Caprese salad
  • Course 2: Shrimp soup with spinich and zucchini

Today is the last day to order from Bistro To Go this week, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The café is open as Bistro To Go, a counter service concept, from Jan. 28-Feb. 27, offering soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, coffees and drinks. The menu as well as online ordering are available online. Bistro Verde is located inside the east entrance of the Workforce Careers Center on the LLCC campus in Springfield.

American Regional Cuisine Pre Fixe Mocktail Dinner

There a few spaces left for the Dec. 4 American Regional Food Pro 3 Mocktail Dinner. This dinner will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m. and feature a $30 pre-fixe menu created by students in CLA 231 – American Regional and served by students in HSP 105 – Customer Service.
