LLCC Human Resources is offering a session titled “Goal Setting” with Alan Pasley on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 1 p.m. This session will help participants effectively define and achieve their professional and personal objectives using the SMART concept. LLCC Adult Education and Literacy welcomes Brittany Coggins as an adult education coordinator. Brittany’s first day was Jan. 7. Brittany took LLCC Dual Credit classes in high school, so comes with a familiarity of the college. She holds a degree in special education and was most recently a special education teacher. ImpactLife Blood Drive – Sign Up to Donate!
Let’s start off 2025 by collecting a record number of donations! January is National Blood Donor Month and ImpactLife will be in A. Lincoln Commons on Wednesday, Jan. 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Just a 1% increase in blood donors across America could alleviate shortages and positively impact countless individuals. Appointments are requested and you can sign up online. Donors will have a choice of a gift card, donation to local area food banks or bonus points to the rewards store. LLCC-Litchfield to host Exploration Night
LLCC-Litchfield will host an exploration night, Jan. 22. The event will include a Workforce programs showcase, with a special preview of the industrial maintenance program that will be offered in Litchfield this fall. College NOW will have a presentation for high school students and incoming and current students can receive FAFSA assistance. Read more online.

LLCC Public Relations and Marketing would appreciate your assistance during spring Welcome Week! PRM is looking for volunteers to assist at the welcome tables in A. Lincoln Commons, Montgomery Hall, Logan Hall, Kreher and the Workforce Career Center, Jan. 13-17 during the first week of spring classes.
Help students get a great start to the semester by greeting them, answering their questions, providing directions and encouraging them to stop by the Welcome Week events hosted by LLCC Student Life! An FAQ reference sheet will be on the table along with highlighters to help in marking students’ routes to their classes.

LLCC IT welcomes Kiran Ganugula
LLCC IT welcomes Kiran Ganugula to the team. Kiran is an application developer. His first day was Jan. 7. He graduated in May with a degree in computer science and worked briefly in Chicago, before coming to LLCC. Kiran says he was happy to return to Springfield.
