Federal Work-Study

Do you need a student employee but don’t have any funds in your budget? If so, you need the Federal Work-Study program to assist you! Federal Work-Study provides an opportunity for students to work part time at the college to help with education costs. These funds come directly from Department of Education, so you don’t have to have a student employee budget line to have a student employee. Students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have financial need to be considered eligible for Federal Work-Study funds. Contact Lara Marshall in LLCC Financial Aid at 217-786-2215 or lara.marshall@llcc.edu immediately for more information!
