Reservation Procedures for those without access to EMS
LLCC Facilities Services would like to announce a change in reservation procedures for staff who do not have access to EMS. Starting July 22, please contact Dave Bretscher at 217-786-2238 to schedule an event and/or reserve space on the main campus.

LLCC-Beardstown will be closed to students this week, July 22-24. As a reminder, Beardstown’s normal summer hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Reminder regarding email signatures
As a reminder, email signatures have been created to provide a professional and branded look for LLCC employee emails. It is recommended that these replace former campaign-related email signatures or email signatures designed by individuals or departments.
Access the LLCC email signatures, which you can customize with your own information: name, preferred pronouns (if desired), title, office, address, office phone number and logo.
Copy and paste this into the “Signature” box in Outlook and customize with your own information. When copying and pasting from the browser version of Word, the image size can vary. Right-click on the image after pasting > Picture > Size tab and make sure the height is set at 0.49″.
