Joshua DineenJoshua Dineen, chef specialist, wrote today’s Epicuriosity 101 column in the State Journal-Register, “Comfort food and nostalgic thoughts.”

Joshua began Jan. 3 as a chef specialist for LLCC. He received training from the Culinary Institute of America and has been cooking for 25 years. Welcome Jeff Gardner and Paul Ray

Jeff Gardner recently began as LLCC’s program director, diesel technologies. Previously, he was the program coordinator of diesel powered equipment technology at Illinois Central College. Nikki Baker began work on Jan. 3 as LLCC’s compliance & prevention coordinator. Since 2019, she has worked as an adjunct instructor in communication for the college. Rhilee Cochran began Jan. 5 as the public relations and marketing assistant for LLCC. She is an LLCC alum and earned bachelor’s degrees in elementary education and psychology from UIS. Bryan GoersBryan Goers joined the college as director, enrollment services on Nov. 1. He most recently served as the assistant dean of students, student engagement at University of Missouri. Bryan earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a master of public affairs degree in public policy from the University of Missouri – Columbia, and he is currently working on a doctorate in education. She is a graduate of LLCC with an associate degree in business administration and pursuing her bachelor’s degree in legal studies at UIS. She formerly worked at the Sangamon County Health Department and prior to that, in the TRIO office of LLCC.

Jeff MartinJeff Martin joined the college as the workforce recruitment and placement coordinator on Sept. 28. He is an LLCC alum and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Illinois University. Jeff has worked in post secondary education for eight years, most recently as the senior high school admission advisor for Midwest Technical Institute.
