Today is the last day for Bistro To Go this semester. The student-run café is open as a counter service concept, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, coffees and drinks. The Bistro To Go menu and online to-go orders are available at www.llcc.edu/bistro-verde.
Beginning Oct. 22, the restaurant will re-open with a fine dining concept, offering a full-service lunch experience that features appetizers, soups, salads, desserts, coffees and drinks.
Bistro Verde is located inside the east entrance of the Workforce Careers Center on the LLCC campus in Springfield.
