LLCC Public Relations and Marketing will be conducting a photo shoot on campus today and tomorrow. The photos will be used on the website, social media, ads and publications. We have a schedule to visit various classrooms and activities but will also be taking some candid photos along the way.

LLCC-Jacksonville to host Workforce Institute Showcase
LLCC-Jacksonville invites prospective students and their families to an evening of exploration on March 19, 2025, from 2 to 7 p.m. This event will offer valuable resources, insights and support to help attendees take the next step in their educational journeys. Event Highlights:
5-7 p.m. – Workforce Programs Showcase
Take a look at the workforce programs that can lead to high-demand careers. LLCC’s Workforce Institute directors and dean will be onsite to discuss programs like; CDL (truck driving), aviation maintenance, diesel and automotive technologies, commercial electrical maintenance, construction occupations, hospitality and culinary, HVAC (heating and air conditioning), and welding. The showcase is open to everyone.
2-6 p.m. – Financial Aid Completion, all evening
Get the guidance you need to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA.) Students and parents can work with knowledgeable staff to ensure their FAFSA is submitted accurately and on time. There will also be information on LLCC Foundation scholarships. This portion of the event is open to high school seniors and new or returning LLCC students who have already graduated or obtained a high school equivalency (HSE) certificate.
Monday Morning Mentor
This week’s Monday Morning Mentor is, “How Can I Create Assignments that Teach Ethical AI Literacy?” This presentation is available Feb. 17 and on-demand for one week at Monday Morning Mentor. To view the program, use password: ethical235.

KUDOS nominations are open
Key or Unique Demonstrations of Outstanding Service award nominations are open! They will be accepted through Friday, Feb. 21. Faculty and staff can nominate a deserving colleague by submitting the KUDOS form (also available by clicking on the KUDOS tab in the upper-right corner of LincIn). The KUDOS awards will be announced on Friday, March 7.
The KUDOS awards are an informal way to recognize the special contributions — small and large — made by faculty and staff that create the positive environment that is LLCC.
