i.e. improv performs this evening at 6

“i.e. improv,” the improvisational performance group at LLCC, will perform this evening, Oct. 21, at 6 p.m. in the lower level of Sangamon Hall South.

Other Monday evening performances are Nov. 4 and 18, and Dec. 2, all at 6 p.m. in Sangamon Hall South. The public is invited, with viewer discretion advised. Tickets are available at the door for $2.

“i.e. (the Latin abbreviation for ‘that is’) improv” is comprised of LLCC students who perform unscripted, uncensored comedy, similar to the style of famous improv groups in Los Angeles and Chicago.  As a completely off-the-cuff show, this group takes audience suggestions and turns them into long-form improv. The students involved have all studied improvisation at LLCC.
