As a reminder, new email signatures have been created to provide a professional and branded look for LLCC employee emails. It is recommended that these replace former campaign-related email signatures or email signatures designed by individuals or departments.

Access the LLCC email signatures, which you can customize with your own information: name, preferred pronouns (if desired), title, office, address, office phone number and logo.

Copy and paste this into the “Signature” box in Outlook and customize with your own information. When copying and pasting from the browser version of Word, the image size can vary. Right-click on the image after pasting > Picture > Size tab and make sure the height is set at 0.49″.

Note: These instructions work if you are using Outlook on your desktop. If you need further assistance, please email llcc.news@llcc.edu.
