A reminder that Dr. Nicole Florence will be presenting her sleep hygiene session this Thursday in the Robert H. Stephens Room from noon until 1 p.m. All employees are welcome to attend. Please sign up online.
Don’t miss the repeat session of Sleep Hygiene presented by Dr. Nicole Florence.
This one-hour session will explore the significant impact of sleep on our physical and mental health. We’ll discuss strategies for creating a conducive sleep environment, setting a consistent sleep schedule and managing stress, which can disrupt our sleep. This session will equip staff with valuable insights to help them prioritize sleep and improve their overall performance and well-being.
Dr. Florence currently works as a bariatrician with Memorial Health and has been an active participant in community health.

All employees are welcome to participate in the self-defense course being held today from noon to 1 p.m. in the Trutter Center. Participants will learn three personal safety tips and three simple, easy to learn and recall, self-defense techniques to counter the most common real-life threats. All attendees will be entered into a drawing to win two free weeks of Krav Maga (self-defense lessons) from Amy Giles at Progressive Kenpo Karate.
