AQIP and Reaffirmation Update
The college has received feedback on the Systems Portfolio submitted in June. Drs. Chris McDonald and Tricia Kujawa will provide a succinct overview of the report as part of Professional Development Day activities. For those interested in more detail, the Systems Appraisal Feedback Report is now available on LLCC’s AQIP page. In addition, you will now find a Quality Checkup link on the AQIP page menu. Here, you can find two documents submitted to the Quality Review team in preparation for our upcoming Quality Checkup on November 6 and 7. The Quality Program Summary describes LLCC’s quality program, specifying how it is organized, what LLCC has accomplished over the past four years, and an initial reaction to the Systems Appraisal Feedback Report. The Federal Compliance Narrative contains LLCC’s response to compliance items outlined by the Higher Learning Commission.

Silent Auction a success; thank you!
Career Development Services would like to thank everyone who helped make this year’s Silent Auction bigger and better than ever. We made $616.00 which will go directly into the Career Development Services Emergency Fund to help our students with the little emergencies that arise during the semester. This money is also used to help students purchase a computer from the Computer Banc. There are still some great items left that were not bid on, so we will do our traditional “Let’s Make a Deal” in the Menard hallway sometime in the next few weeks.
