Bistro Verde, LLCC’s student-led café, opens today, Sept. 7, as Bistro To Go, a counter service concept offering soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, coffees and drinks. It will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Oct. 6. Place order.

From Oct. 25-Nov. 17 (closed Nov. 1), the café will transform into Bistro Verde, a casual, dine-in restaurant experience.
