LLCC’s 25th annual Veterans Day Ceremony premieres today, Nov. 11, at noon, on the college’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.

The program includes Wayne Rosenthal, LLCC Board of Trustees Chair and retired Brigadier General, Illinois Air National Guard, serving as master of ceremonies; LLCC student Derek Myers, senior airman, U.S. Air Force inactive reserves, providing remarks; LLCC Student Trustee Julian Marvel reading a poem; and LLCC students Emma Bachman singing the national anthem and Sierra Eigenmann playing “Taps.”

The ceremony is sponsored by LLCC Student Life and honors all veterans including LLCC faculty, staff and students who served in the armed forces.
