A presentation being held today, May 7, at 2 p.m. in Montgomery Hall 1143/1144 will cover health insurance changes, the new online open enrollment process and information about DirectPath services. Also, a representative from Allied will be on campus Wednesday, May 15 from 10-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. to answer questions you have about health insurance benefit coverage, claims, physician network, etc. This session is open house style, so feel free to stop by the Human Resources Conference Room during any of those times to meet with a representative. As always, HR staff are also available to answer any questions.

The annual open enrollment process for all benefit options is open through Thursday, June 6. Please thoroughly review the memo in an email from HR. It provides an overview of information about the health and dental insurance coverage for the plan year beginning July 1, 2019, including premium information. Open enrollment will offer the opportunity to make changes to other benefit options as well, including, Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance, Long-Term Disability Insurance, Cancer and Critical Illness Benefit and Accident Benefit.
