LLCC’s Beta Nu Nursing Honor Society students braved the cold to volunteer at the Girls on the Run 5K held at LLCC this past Saturday. The students were providing games for the runners promoting healthy activities, as well as assisting at water stations, face painting and running the first aid station. Girls on the Run works to instill a sense of confidence and accomplishment in girls from our community.
