New email signatures for faculty and staff

With the approval of the LLCC cabinet, new email signatures have been designed by Public Relations and Marketing to create a standard, professional and branded look for college employee emails. It is recommended that these replace any former campaign-related email signatures (such as COLLEGE SUCCESS, Register for Summer Classes, etc.) or email signatures designed by individuals or departments.

Look for an email this morning with the email signatures that you can customize with your own information: name, preferred pronouns (if desired), title, office, address, office phone number (cell optional) and logo. There are two choices of the college logo and one each for the Workforce Institute, Foundation and Athletics. Pick the one that fits you, customize with your information, and copy and paste into your email signature box.

If you have any questions, please email lynn.whalen@llcc.edu.
