Take Part in the Upcoming Yoga and Mindfulness Event

Join us for a 45 minute yoga session led by our talented faculty members, Dr. Beth Wiediger and Dr. Deborah Brothers. This session will be suitable for all experience levels and is the perfect opportunity to stretch, strengthen your body, and find your flow. Following yoga by Beth, Deborah will lead attendees in a 15 minute mindfulness session, helping all to center their thoughts and embrace a moment of calm.

  • Location: Cass Gym

Note: Those who participate will need to bring a yoga mat.

Come dressed in comfortable clothing and take this time to focus on your well-being. Registration is not required however a sign up sheet is available and encouraged. We look forward to seeing you there!
