Students, come de-stress before finals with yoga! Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, mental health, heart health, physical pain, and build strength. It can help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, and so much more. Jax Yoga will be coming to campus on Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 11 a.m. to noon in Menard Hall, Room 1162 (located in the student services hub).
Student Care Coordinator, Kellee Phillips, will also be in attendance at the event to provide resources and items from the student care cart.
Wear comfortable clothing that you are able to stretch/move freely in. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one! Jax yoga will provide extra yoga mats for students who need to borrow one. We look forward to seeing you at this calming mindfulness event!
