Benefit-eligible employees are eligible to participate at no charge.  Spouses of benefit-eligible employees who are on a LLCC health insurance plan are also eligible to participate at no charge.  Benefit-eligible employees who complete the health risk assessment survey and a blood draw will receive a $50 Visa gift card!

Employees are also invited to attend the Health & Wellness Fair on Oct. 10, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Union. This is a great opportunity to focus on your health and wellness while connecting with local resources. There will be more than 20 area vendors on site offering valuable information, samples and services to help you on your wellness journey. • Free chair massages from Inner Health Spa
