Did you HeaR that employees are invited to attend a FREE Health Screening and Health Fair each year? This screening is available to benefit eligible employees and includes blood work and a flu vaccine.

• The blood test will provide information about cholesterol levels, kidney function, anemia, and more.
• Employees also have the option to add on additional tests for a fee including blood type, Vitamin D levels, Thyroid function, and more.

All employees additionally have access to the CHC Wellbeing portal to view lab results, attend webinars, read articles and sign up for monthly newsletters. Employees who complete the health risk assessment and participate in the health screening are then eligible to receive a $50 gift card.
