Please note that if you search for an in-network urgent care facility on the My Cigna website, none will appear for Springfield. The Springfield urgent cares are not contracted with Cigna as Urgent Care, which is why they don’t show up in the search. However, Springfield Clinic PromptCare, Springfield Priority Care through HSHS Medical Group and Memorial Expresscare are all in the Cigna network and claims will be processed in-network.
