Faculty and staff are invited to visit the Health and Wellness page on the HR portal to learn about upcoming events and view new information, such as:

  • General and weather safety information.
  • Recipes for apple pancakes and baked apple oatmeal.
  • Staying active and mentally well during the winter months, including an in depth guide to Getting Started with Exercise and Fitness.
  • Plus, add the following upcoming events to your calendar:
    • Jan. 25 — Journaling and Mindfulness, from noon-1 p.m.
    • Jan. 30 — A Self-Defense Course, from noon-1 p.m.
    • Feb. 2 — National Wear Red Day
