LLCC is closed for winter recess Saturday, Dec. 16, through Monday, Jan. 1. No classes will be held, and administrative offices at the Springfield campus and outlying locations in the LLCC district will be closed. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, Jan. 2.

The LLCC Child Development Center will remain open regular hours through Dec. 21 and will be closed Dec. 22 through Jan. 1.

The college will also be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 15.

Spring 16-week classes begin Jan. 16. Eight-week classes begin Jan. 16 and March 18. Current students may register for classes via LoggerCentral or by phone (217-786-2292). New students should first apply or visit https://www.llcc.edu/new for more information. For assistance, text 217-387-8585.

From Jan. 2-5, LLCC Student Services, Bookstore and Outreach Centers will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the week of Jan. 8, these offices will be open Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturday, Jan. 13, Student Services and the bookstore will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Extended hours are also available the following week for students already enrolled in semester or first eight-week (mod 3) classes, or looking to enroll in second eight-week (mod 4) classes. From Tuesday-Thursday, Jan. 16-19, Student Services and the bookstore will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Friday, Jan. 19, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
