Jolene Lamb begins her new role at the college today as director of LLCC Community Education. She started as a culinary student at LLCC in 2009, graduated from the program and worked in the culinary program part time. In 2015 she became the Community Education culinary coordinator. Jolene is currently working on an undergraduate degree in workforce education and development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
