Phi Theta Kappa would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who registered to join the National Marrow Donor Program as potential stem cell donors or encouraged students to do so during Cheek Week on Nov. 6 and 8.

Thanks to you, our PTK chapter added 72 potential donors to the registry, which means 72 lives potentially saved by our LLCC community.

Cheek Week was sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa with help from student volunteers from BSU, Honors, IV Leaguers and Games Club. We were also joined by LLCC student and stem cell donor Luke Wood, who was recently matched to a recipient through the registry.
