Fear 101, the college’s haunted house sponsored by the LLCC Police Department, entertained a total of approximately 1,680 attendees in October. Daily attendance numbers were:

• Oct. 13: 280
• Oct. 20: 500
• Oct. 27: 420
• Oct. 28: 480

On average there were 18 student volunteers each night. We gave out over $200 in candy to kids during our lights-on version.

The Police Department would like to specifically thank LLCC’s Art program, Highway Construction Careers Training program, Student Life, Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, IT and the Springfield Police Explorers program as well as all the LLCC faculty and staff who donated items or their time to make the first LLCC Haunted House a huge success.
