Kaelyn Bormida joined LLCC Oct. 9 as employee benefits and retention coordinator. She previously worked in the HR department at Catholic Charities and as a disabilities claim adjudicator for the state of Illinois. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in business administration, specializing in human resources management, and has SHRM certification.
