As a reminder, the LLCC Fitness Center is now available to employees free of charge. The hours of availability are:

• Monday and Wednesday: 7 a.m.-noon, 3-6 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday: 7-9 a.m., 11 a.m.-noon, 3-6 p.m.
• Friday: 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

Please note: during Mod 2, there is a class from 8-9 a.m., Monday-Thursday

Additionally, a Wellness Needs Survey is located on the health and wellness tab of HR portal page for employees to share any individual wellness needs or ideas for wellness activities. All are welcome to complete the survey and share requests and thoughts.
