LLCC’s Strategic Goal #1 is to “increase our students’ persistence and completion rates and resolve barriers to enrollment.” A way each of us can support this strategic goal is to refer students to their assigned success coach. The assigned success coach can be viewed in the student’s LoggerCentral account as well as on the faculty class roster on LoggerCentral (click View Profile). The success coach will talk with their student and discuss how we can help them reach their goals. Success coaches can help identify resources/assistance for food, transportation, housing, laptops, hotspots, etc. Success coaches are available by appointment and drop-in.
