The LLCC Foundation in partnership with LLCC’s Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts program is offering a five-course gourmet dinner kit pickup on Friday, Oct. 7 (Institutional Improvement Day). The “Around the World” menu theme features cuisine from various countries and gives culinary students a first-hand opportunity to prepare and serve the meal, which can then be finished with a little preparation at home.
After Institutional Improvement Day activities have concluded, pick up your dinner kit in front of the Workforce Career Center from 4-6 p.m. Gourmet dinner kits with drink pairings are $150, and each kit serves two people.
