This is a stressful time of year for students as the semester draws to a close. Employees who work directly with students often find themselves helping to carry the emotional baggage that students carry. It’s important to recognize the toll that student stress may be taking on you. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an excellent tool to help with self-care in stressful circumstances, whether it is your own stress or the stress of those you are helping.
