As a reminder, there is still time to sign up for the second wellness screening/flu shot clinic on Thursday, Oct. 21. The clinic is open to all benefit-eligible employees and their spouses. Benefit-eligible employees who complete the wellness screening, including the online health risk assessment, will receive a $50 Visa gift card.
