As a reminder, there is still time to sign up for the wellness screening/flu shot clinic on Monday, Oct. 4.  There is another clinic scheduled for Oct. 21 as well. These clinics are open to all benefit-eligible employees and their spouses. Benefit-eligible employees who complete the wellness screening, including the online health risk assessment, will receive a $50 Visa gift card. Full details of this event are provided in the guide emailed by HR.
