Alex Berry began work as director of LLCC Student Success on Feb. 1. Previously, he worked at Richland Community College in financial aid, student engagement and, most recently, as the director of student development and Title IX coordinator. Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Millikin University, a master’s degree in college student personnel from Western Illinois University and is currently working on a doctorate degree in the department of educational administration and foundations’ leadership equity and inquiry program at Illinois State University. T’Keya Hicks recently began work as a student success coach at LLCC. She comes to the position with experience in admissions and student life at Waubonsee Community College. T’Keya earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and is finishing her master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from Northern Illinois University.
