Join SAVE Taskforce as Domestic Violence Awareness Week of Action starts off with Pledge Day. Visit the table in A. Lincoln Commons to read about ways you can help prevent intimate partner violence and support survivors, and then take a pledge to use the knowledge to be a part of the change. The table will be staffed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Materials will be available at the table all day.

The LLCC Gay-Straight Alliance and SAVE Taskforce are hosting a Jeans Day this Thursday, Oct. 18 in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Participants should bring a minimum donation of $5 to LLCC Student Life to participate. All proceeds will support our local domestic violence shelter and service agency, Sojourn Shelter and Services, Inc.
