The finance department is holding an instructional training session today at 1 p.m. in Logan Hall 1138 to help users walk through the process of submitting items for the FY19 planning and budgeting year.

Directions and instructional video have been created for individuals that cannot attend a training session. Both items and the link to the SharePoint page will be posted to the FY2019 Planning & Budgeting link on the finance department’s SharePoint page by the end of the week.

A new SharePoint form has been developed that will streamline the submission process, successfully collapsing all the previous forms into one easy-to-use form. The LLCC Finance Department plans to open access to the form tomorrow, March 7 for submission of items for the FY19 planning and budgeting year. This new form will be open from March 7-30.
