The FY19 planning and budgeting process is starting later than usual this year. A new SharePoint form has been developed that will streamline the submission process, successfully collapsing all the previous forms into one easy-to-use form. The LLCC Finance Department plans to open access to the form on March 7 for submission of items for the FY19 planning and budgeting year. This new form will be open from March 7-30.
Individuals attending the Leadership Roundtable on March 2 will hear more about the new form. The finance department will have two instructional training sessions to help users walk through the process. These training sessions are:
- Monday, March 5 at 9 a.m. in Logan Hall 1138
- Tuesday, March 6 at 1 p.m. in Logan Hall 1138
Directions and instructional video have been created for individuals that cannot attend a training session. Both items and the link to the SharePoint page will be posted to the FY2019 Planning & Budgeting link on the finance department’s SharePoint page by the end of the week.
