Effective today, the new Certificate of Absence (CoA) form is available on Etrieve.  There are three ways to access Etrieve:

•  The Etrieve icon will be available on your desktop. Clicking on the icon will take you directly to your Etrieve home page.  If you don’t see this icon appear on your desktop by the end of the day, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
• From the LLCC website, you can access a link to Etrieve from the My LLCC section.
• You can go directly to Etrieve by going to https://etcentral.llcc.edu

The old Certificate of Absence form is no longer available for use.  If you have questions about completing a CoA, please contact HR at 6-2752.
