The Culinary Institute has announced its schedule of non-credit food and wine classes for fall 2014! The schedule includes cook and dine courses, special cooking topics, Bistro Verde dinners and other classes. Topics being featured include eating for health, baking and desserts, holiday foods, parent and me classes, and advanced kitchen boot camp.
