Registration open for spring classes
Registration is now open for those wishing to enroll in spring 2019 classes at LLCC. Before registering, new students should first fill out an application at www.llcc.edu. Students may also call 217-786-2292 or visit the Springfield campus or one of the LLCC Outreach Centers. Current students may register online via WebAdvisor.
All students may plan their spring 2019 schedule by searching available classes online. Visit www.llcc.edu/class-schedule for more information on exploring class options. The spring semester begins Saturday, Jan. 12, and weekday classes begin Monday, Jan. 14.

Summer class registration begins today

Extended Hours in Enrollment Services
The LLCC main campus will be offering extended hours for registration leading up to the start spring classes, beginning this Saturday.
Admission/Registration/Records, Advising/Counseling/Career Services, Financial Aid and Placement & Testing will be available in addition to regular hours on the following:
- Sat, Dec 10, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Mon-Thu, Jan 2-5, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Sat, Jan. 7, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Mon-Thu, Jan. 9-12, 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
The Bookstore will be open during regular hours of Mon-Thu, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with the addition of Sat, Jan. 7, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Also, today is the tuition due date for spring classes, so please remind students to have payment, financial aid or a payment plan in place when registering.
Summer and fall registration dates moved up; WebAdvisor open for summer/fall class viewing
In an effort to better serve students, summer and fall registration have been moved to earlier dates than in past years.
Open registration for summer classes will begin Thursday, Feb. 25.
Open registration for fall classes will begin Thursday, April 21.
Current and prospective students can now view summer and fall class offerings in WebAdvisor. Please encourage students to schedule appointments with their assigned academic advisors by calling 786-2224. Advising hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Updated phone numbers for Admission & Registration
The admission and registration area has been moved to the new phone system. The main registration number will remain (786-2292) and will continue to function much as it has in the past. If you would like to speak directly to a particular admission and registration service representative, please note the updated numbers below:

Faculty: Grade changes due Dec. 12 for spring & summer 2014 “Incomplete” grades
Grade changes for an “Incomplete” assigned during the spring or summer 2014 semesters are due in the Records office by Friday, Dec. 12. If no grade change is submitted by this deadline, the student’s grade will automatically roll to the grade specified on the original “Incomplete” form or an “F” (if grade area was left blank). Open registration begins today!
Open registration for the spring 2014 semester, Mod III, Mod IV and short semester begins today. A new student orientation session is being held today from 5:30-9 p.m. Account activation will be in the former Menard Hall entryway by the Student Services Center, with the welcome session being held in Menard Hall, room 2209.
