They presented a session titled “Taking the Writing Center to the Classroom: How the Embedded Tutoring Model Has Improved Assessment Opportunities.”

Writing Center and Student Success Coaches in the Commons today
Coaches in the Commons
To promote enrollment, LLCC Student Success is hosting a “Coaches in the Commons” event today, Dec. 7, from 11 a.m.-noon and again from 1-2 p.m. Coaches will be in A. Lincoln Commons by the front windows. Encourage students to stop by, enjoy hot cocoa and popcorn, and “register for s’more classes!”
Students who meet with their success coaches and enroll by Dec. 7 could win “Linc’s Blanket” made by April Bergman, program assistant, student success, and a S’mores kit! To be eligible, they must be registered and have tuition/financial aid/payment plan in place by Dec. 7. The winner will be announced Dec. 12.
