Phi Theta Kappa completes Honors in Action project

LLCC’s Alpha Epsilon Kappa Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa recently completed its Honors In Action project.  Their project explored the negative impacts of how women are portrayed in the media.  After researching this topic, the Chapter hosted a free screening of the documentary film “Miss Representation,” which was open to the public as well as the campus community.  A report on this project was submitted to Phi Theta Kappa as one of the final requirements for our chapter to reach “Five Star Status” for the third consecutive year.  Read the report: Phi Theta Kappa Honors in Action Report January 2017
