Chris Tople playing Stump the Professor with a studentStudents loved the Stump the Professor event, where they stumped a professor with Trivial Pursuit questions or their very own questions! Thank you to Chris Tople, Jennifer Ramm, Karen Sisk, Kirk Yenerall, Colin Suchland, Katie Tice, Ryan Stringer, David Leitner and Amy Strawn for your willingness to participate in this new event.

Jennifer Ramm playing Stump a Professor with studentsLLCC’s Blood Drive on Wednesday was a success as well! Fifteen units of blood were collected, which was our goal. We had five first time donors, and LLCC faculty, staff and students potentially saved 37 lives with the donations collected.

The Loggers defeated John Wood Community College in Wednesday night’s homecoming games. Josh Hughes and Marley Smith were voted by their peers to be Homecoming Royals.

These events were able to happen with the support of Athletics, especially Ron Riggle and Steve Torricelli; IT, especially Dave Ferrill and Binh Trinh; Facilities, especially Deb Bell and Julie Sutfin; PRM, especially Greg Walbert, Rhilee Cochran and Kyla Kruse; Ag Club and Police Department for their bean bag games, and especially to Mion Denton, Nikki Baker and our student workers in the Student Life office.
