Deer Oaks EAP – Did You Know?

The second quarter continues with the Deer Oaks Employee Assistance Program (or EAP) Did You Know? Campaign. This campaign is designed to help employees learn more about services available to help navigate work-life challenges. During this quarter, Deer Oaks focuses on the importance of confidentiality when assisting employees to assess needs and connect to resources.   • Walk on Wednesday, March 20, at 12:30 p.m. in front of Cass Gym
  • Journaling and Mindfulness on Thursday, March 21, in Menard Hall Room 1177 from noon-1 p.m.

Vegetable Gardening 101 Today in the Trutter Center

A reminder that employees are welcome to attend the gardening course from noon until 1 p.m. presented by Jennifer Fishburn, Illinois Extension horticulture educator. Jennifer will provide information on how to start a vegetable garden in a small space.
