The compliance and prevention coordinator is a key role here at LLCC. They are responsible for researching and understanding various laws, regulations and guidelines (including Title IX of multiple education amendments, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act) and using that information to advise leadership, make critical decisions and develop trainings and programming. This is a great opportunity for someone who has analytical skills, can work with emotionally charged individuals to resolve conflict, and who has strong presentation and communication skills. Maybe our next coordinator is you or someone you know!
