Take a break from your day and enjoy the fall weather with the perfect mid week pick-me-up. Whether you walk briskly or take is slow, everyone is welcome to Walk on Wednesday. Join the group by meeting at 12:30 p.m. in front of Cass Gym. Registration is not required, however, if you’d like to let us know your coming, feel free to add your name to the online list.

Memorial Behavioral Health Mobile Crisis Response Team will be offering FREE mental health assessments for students on Monday, Oct. 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the A. Lincoln Commons lounge.
They will provide assessments on stress inventory, anxiety and depression. MBH will also have staff on site to discuss results and to provide follow up coping skills and resources.
Please encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity!

Join us for a weekly walk every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in front of Cass Gym. Rainy weather? We’ll meet in A. Lincoln Commons. It’s not required but feel free to sign up and walk with us!
Join the next Journaling and Mindfulness session being held this Thursday, Oct. 17, in Menard Hall, room 1179 from 12-1 p.m. This sessions allows for 15 minutes of mindfulness/meditation followed by a journaling prompt. Take some time to quiet your mind and reflect on your thoughts.

The 2024 Employee Health Fair drew a crowd on Tuesday in the Student Union. Hopefully you had the chance to have your blood drawn, get a flu shot and meet vendors from around town who specialize in all aspects of wellbeing.
Employees will have another chance to get a flu shot on campus, on Oct. 23.
